EV chargers require a permit in every South Florida jurisdiction. We pull it, install, and get it inspected.

Which charger should I buy?
For most Teslas: the Tesla Wall Connector. For other EVs: ChargePoint Home Flex or Wallbox Pulsar. If you're unsure, we'll walk you through it on the estimate call.
Do I need a panel upgrade?
Sometimes. If your panel is 100A or older, or already near capacity, adding a 40A+ EV load usually requires an upgrade. Load calc will tell us.
HOA or condo — can you handle the coordination?
Yes. We regularly work with HOAs and condo boards on approved routing, sub-metering, and any owner-vs-association wiring boundaries.
