Panel audit
Cover-off inspection: breaker condition, lug torque, aluminum-copper joints, double-taps, ground and bond integrity, arc-fault and GFCI coverage per current code.
Wire & outlet testing
Random-sample outlet testing with a plug analyzer plus targeted testing on anything that looks suspect. Kitchens, baths, garages, outdoor.
Grounding system
Ground rod condition, water pipe bonding, GEC continuity. This is the part that fails silently for decades.
Written report
Photo report with prioritized findings — what's a safety issue, what's a code issue, what's cosmetic. Insurance / lender ready.
