Kitchen remodels

New GFCI-protected outlets, exhaust-fan wiring, vanity lighting, and any electric-heat towel warmer or floor mat.

Coordinated with the GC and designer — new circuits, new panel or sub-panel if load requires, whole-house lighting plan.
Code updates during remodel
Remodels trigger code updates on the affected circuits. We handle the AFCI, GFCI, and tamper-resistant outlet requirements without you needing to know them.

Yes — we execute the plan as-drawn or flag anything that's a code or code-of-common-sense problem before install.
Do we need permits for a kitchen remodel?
Yes. Any new circuit, moved outlet, or changed panel work needs a permit in South Florida jurisdictions.
